Earthship reserves the right to open and inspect all the items delivered in your name without notice
to you.
All the packages whose recipients cannot be identified will be stored in our warehouse for 30 days.
We will make additional efforts to identify the recipient. If your package is incorrectly or insufficiently
addressed, additional handling charges may apply which will be charged to the recipient's account. If
after 30 days a recipient cannot be determined, we will be entitled to dispose of the goods.
We will store your packages in the warehouse for up to 30 days without charge until we receive all
the required fees and customs forms for shipping and any additional packages that are to be
consolidated. After 30 days, will charge you a fee of 1 USD a day which will be paid prior to
shipment. reserves the right to sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of such packages without incurring
any liability to you or any other party whatsoever. All overdue storage fees will have to be paid in
order to ship out any packages in the warehouse. If no payment is made within a reasonable amount
of time will discard your packages without notice to you. Storage is limited to 18 cubic feet.
Additional storage space starting from 18 cubic feet can be purchased at 20 USD per month. All
consolidations need to be shipped out 14 days from the time they are completed. After 14 days the
packages will be charged 1 USD a day and will be discarded if kept for over 30 days. Earthship may
not warn about overdue storage fees, you are responsible for taking care of your own packages and
ensuring that all your packages are shipped out in due time.
Earthship will use reasonable efforts to avoid temperature extremes by keeping your shipments
warmer than the outside temperature in cold weather, and cooler than the outside temperature in hot
weather, through an HVA or other system. As with any mechanical system, it is subject to failure or
malfunction. makes no representations regarding humidity control or the safety of the contents stored in
the warehouse.
Earthship will consolidate and repack your packages. Consolidation and repacking will be charged 1
USD per package. Once a consolidation has been completed, it cannot be re-consolidated. On
request, will take a photo of the contents of your consolidation/repacking at an extra charge (1 USD for
each photo taken). Photo requests will not be honored once the consolidation has been completed.
We are taking the following forms of payment: credit card, debit card, Zelle, Wire Transfer and
Western Union. Bank transfer will apply a 15 USD banking fee to process your payment. Western
The union will apply a 15 USD handling fee.
You agree that any shipments in "shipped out" status are not eligible for a refund. You will be liable
for all international or domestic charges, including customs/duties if you request a return of a
shipment once it has been released from the warehouse. If you request a refund before the shipment is
released from the warehouse, you will receive your refund in 3-5 business days.
You can protect your packages against loss or damage during shipping with insurance when
available. ships only by the methods offered in the shipping calculator shown and is not
responsible for the actual shipping that is chosen by you. All terms and conditions of the selected
shipping service (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) apply to you. No packages will be shipped until you have
paid all shipping charges and storage costs, if any. You are solely responsible for declaring the
correct value of each package for the purpose of excise, duty, and tax payments. You should note that
shipments may be inspected at any time by Customs authorities and incorrect valuations can lead to
penalties for which you are solely responsible. Any problem with the received package must be reported
within 10 days of delivery.
Customer must export products from the United States in accordance with all applicable United
States export control laws and regulations including regulations administered by the U.S.
Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. As a
customer of, you agree not to export, re-export, or transship these commodities to any country that
the United States has imposed an embargo or trade sanction upon, including but not limited to Cuba
or any destination for which the United States requires an export license without first obtaining such
license(s). Diversion of these commodities contrary to the United States law is prohibited. All export
