Optional Earthship Protect coverage can be selected when you create your shipment, at a cost of $2.99 per $100 of merchandise value, up to $2,499.99. If your package is lost or stolen before delivery, you can file a claim for the value of the package contents. Prohibited Items are not covered by Earthship
Earthship Protect covers your shipment if it is lost or stolen prior to delivery, but does not protect against damage. To ensure your package is delivered safely, it’s important to pack the items securely in a sturdy, unused cardboard box
If you purchased Earthship Protect coverage and your package is lost or stolen before delivery, you can file a claim for the value of the package contents. The loss of Prohibited Items is not covered by Earthship Protect. You can add Earthship Protect to your shipment with a merchandise value of up to $2,499.99.
